1. Get supervision when buying or using
2. Get trained properly and thoroughly
3. Always adhere to health and safety guidelines and rules
4. Never use against anyone, even yourself
5. Then get creative and have fun
6. Recycle all unwanteds to let other have a go
7. When bored or frustrated, try taking a break - like take some exercise and eat
8. Learn to plan ahead
9. Work hard but rest often
